Washington Real Estate Exam Preparation Course
Washington Salesperson's Cram
Many students finish the Real Estate Fundamentals course overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information. That's where our Cram Course comes in. It's designed to help you focus on the essential information that's most likely to be tested on the exam.
Practice exams. Our Cram Course gives you four 125-question practice exams, plus a bonus exam with 50 Washington-specific questions. In terms of both content and difficulty, our practice exams are very close to what you'll see on the state exam. You can take each practice exam multiple times, getting a detailed breakdown of which questions you missed and which topic areas you need to focus on. You can email our staff of writers directly from the practice exams, if there's a question or concept that doesn't make sense to you.
Textbook review. The Cram Course will also lead you through a detailed outline of the topics most likely to be tested on the state exam. Questions typical of those found on the state exam are strategically placed throughout the material. You'll see which topics are most likely to be tested and, also, how they're likely to be tested.
Passing guarantee. We have so much confidence in our Cram Course, we guarantee that it will enable you to pass the state exam on your first attempt. If you don't, we'll refund you $100! Click on the Passing Guarantee icon in the left column for more information.
Live-lecture or online. Rockwell's Cram Course is offered both as a live-lecture class and online. The 2½-day live-lecture Cram Course always begins the week immediately following our two-week live-lecture Fundamentals course. If your schedule won't allow you to attend the live-lecture Cram, you can take the online version. It's equally effective and available anytime, day or night.
